Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
Other governorates: 3–7 business days

Please make sure to enter a clear and complete address, including your area, street name, building number, floor, apartment number, and any nearby landmark.

A valid phone number is required so the courier can contact you before delivery.

Cash on delivery is available.

Shipping fees are added at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Please note that opening the package while the courier is waiting is not available. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

If the customer does not answer the phone, provides an incorrect address, refuses to receive the order, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to us, and extra shipping fees may apply.
