Refund and Exchange Policy
- Our utmost priority is your satisfaction. Please note that opening the shipment prior to payment is not allowed according to the shipping company’s policy. If you reside in Cairo or Alexandria, you may request shipment through another company to check sizing and initiate exchange or return on the spot by giving the item(s) back to the courier and paying the shipping fees.
- Please check sizing by measuring your bust, waist, and hips, then select the closest option from our size chart. If the product size is not a good fit, you may request an exchange for another size or product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You may also request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees are billed to the client. Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash or postal transfer.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued and no shipping fees will be deducted.

يرجى العلم أن فتح الشحنة قبل الدفع غير مسموح به حسب سياسة شركة الشحن. إذا كنت مقيمًا في القاهرة أو الإسكندرية يمكنك طلب شركة شحن أخرى لقياس المنتج، وإذا لم يكن مناسبًا يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع فورًا عن طريق إعادة المنتج للمندوب مع دفع رسوم الشحن
نرجو التأكد من المقاس من خلال قياس محيط الصدر والخصر والأرداف ثم اختيار المقاس الأقرب من خلال جدول المقاسات الخاص بنا. إذا لم يكن المقاس مناسبًا يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب
يمكنك أيضًا طلب الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن. يتم رد المبلغ عبر فودافون كاش أو تحويل بريدي
إذا كان المنتج به عيب في التصنيع وتم الإبلاغ خلال 24 ساعة يتم رد المبلغ كاملًا دون خصم أي رسوم شحن
